Custom Made Cor-Ten* Fire Pit Table

We made a few of these fire pit tables for a resort in California and they sold for $6500 but we have one left and it's on sale for $3500 plus shipping and packing.

This is made of Cor-Ten and Stainless Steel. The resort in California has these on the beach.

The Fire Pits measure 52" x 52" and the legs add 10" to that making them 62" x 62" and the table is 19" tall. Weight is about 300#'s

It has a 150,000 btu automated gas valve and burner. Flip a switch or a remote control and it lights automatically. If the wind blows out the fire it automatically re-lights the fire. Does not use a pilot light system. This unit uses the state of the art outdoor gas valves and igniter system. The best that's on the market today.

It has a 19" SS burner in a 28" SS pan.

These units are built extremely well. They were made to stay outdoors in a beach environment. The steel work is just gorgeous. Every joint and every corner was hand welded using a MIG welder. No corners were bent with a break or any machinery.
The sheet metal was cut on a CNC plasma cuter and every sheet welded together. All the corners have the same radius and each corner was hand finished.

*Cor-Ten is an outdoor structural steel used a lot in stadium and airport lighting. Cor-Ten is made to rust just a thin layer then stops the oxidizing process producing a really cool grain pattern to the steel but the pattern changes with the weather. It's like living art but it's steel. Cor-Ten is quite expensive and a very hard steel. We used 16 gauge Cor-ten and 304 Stainless Steel through out the fire pit.

No corners were cut on this project (Get the pun)

It is possible that when it rains it leave some rust stains. The resort in California puts these units on stamped concrete on the patio right on the beach front.
