There are Three types of Pans:

Bowl Type Pans for Hot Surface Ignition Pits

2 3/8" Deep Stainless Steel Pan with attached nipple for
connection of fire ring and gas source, and 1 3/8" rim around the top.
Two square holes for ignition system.

Flat Pans for Match Lit Pits and Safety Ignition Pits

Flat Stainless Steel with attached nipple for connection of
fire ring and gas source.
Two square holes for ignition system and weep holes for drainage.
Flat round sizes: 18", 24", 30".
Rectangle Sizes: 18" x 15", 24" x 21", 30" x 27".
Square Sizes: 18", 24", 30".
