OUT OF THE BOX FIRE PIT REPLACEMENT SAFETY SCREENS

We have gotten a lot of calls from customers that have fire pits they bought at the box stores and the cheap screens that came with the pit needs to be replaced.

Our OEM fire pit replacement screens are PROUDLY MADE IN TEXAS.

Our replacement screens are made to the exact same design as all our screens are but we can cut your cost because these screen are
produced in quantities as the custom made screens are just that, custom made, one at a time. This is more time consuming.

We use the best materials and design. These don't compare to the screen that came with your pit.
We use Heavy Duty STAINLESS STEEL MESH. No rusting in the mesh material so it won't oxidize and fall apart.
Our frames are made using 3/16" x 1" solid CARBON steel ( Or you can upgrade to a 100% SS) and we sandwich the ss screen material to the frame.

Most all screens on the market the mesh material is spot welded to the frame. When the mesh gets hot it expands but when it's welded it can't without stressing the material.
Dancing fire doesn't weld mesh we sandwich the material to the frame allowing the material to expand without stress. We have pics above.

There are different ways the screens fits your fire pit.
1. It just sits on top of the fire pit. Either in a pan or on the table. This is a cut and dry reg. one piece screen. As pictured above.
2. The screen fits in the fire bowl. What we can do here is we weld what we call tabs. These tabs are steel app 2"x2"
and the are welded on the outside of the fire pit screen and the are perpendicular to the bottom ring of the frame.
Then you pit the screen into the fire pit and the screen rest on these tabs. So if you have a fire pit with an inside diameter of 30" then we make the screen 29" .
The screen will fit into the 30" ID and it will rest on the pit with the tabs. There's pics above.
3. Then we do the same as above but the tabs are on the inside of the screen. What this configuration is for is if you want the screen to go on the outside of the fire pit
and rest on the tabs on the inside of the pit.

We have options as far as configurations. We have round screens and square screens.

 Shipping!

Smaller screens have cheaper freight. One peice screens aren't very heavy but the consume a larger box. WE ship from the most centralized parts of the Country, Texas and we get the best shipping rates out these. If you look at the picture above you notice the handle is on top. It cost about $30 to ship this screen. By moving the handle off center and using two handles The shipping box is 2" shorter. This drops shipping almost $15.
