Match Lit Gas Fire Pit Kits

 Dancing Fire has put together a kit that's complete with everything you need to put together a match lit gas fire pit (99% of pits). We  use Stainless steel burners and we assemble a kit using the burner and a pan we manufacture. Our pans are called "THE EXPANDO GAS FIRE PIT PAN". You can get a better explanation using this link. The Expando Fire Pit Pan. The Expando Pan comes in 5 different sizes up to 48" in diameter as shown here but if your wanting larger then call Jim @ 817.946.6463.
Between these five sizes it will fit and fire pit up to 48" inside diameter. The Expando GAs Fire Pit pan is an adjustable self fitting pan that make installation a piece of cake. The kit comes with a Burner, The expando fire pit pan, A 6" SS nipple, 1 ss elbow. But this isn't completing the kit. You have options as to how the kit is completed. First choose the expando fire pit pan size that fits your fire pit. Based on that I have pre selected through burner size that's appropriate for that size pan. If this size burner isn't what you want we can change it, no problems.

THE BIGGEST FAILURE IN BUILDING A GAS FIRE PIT IS USING THE WRONG SIZE GAS VALVE.
Most installers use keyed gas valves for indoor fireplaces that have a log lighter installed. These valves only put out 40K BTU's. You will be very disappointed and fixing this issue is a bitch. We sell a key gas valve that's a 1/4 turn ball valve with a zero to 300,000 btu output. If that doesn't light you up then nothing will. Lol. If yo need one then add it to the kit. If you don't need when then forget it.

THIS IS A BIG DEAL. IT'S CALLED A WHISLING GAS FIRE PIT!
When you install the burner and connect it to the gas valve you will typically use a flexible gas supply pipe. We'' when you move so much gas through the flex or corrugated pipe it will create a small whistle. At first this is no big deal. Then 15 minutes later it gets a little more annoying and then more annoying and about a hour into lighting your fire pit your wife is having you take it apart to fix that really annoying whistle. The fix? We sell what's called a "Whistle. Free" Flexible gas supply line. It works. Highly recommended because if this gas fire pit works the way you want it to - it will whistle. So choose from a whistle. free or a standard flex line.

The Kit I recommend is the basic kit using "THE EXPANDO GAS FIRE PIT PAN, the recommended burner, a 300K gas valve, and a whistle free flexible gas supply line and the plumbing pieces. This should be everything you need to fire up your fire pit unless your doing some weird stuff. Which is cool but call if your have questions. A five minute conversation an save you a ton of bucks and time and I don't mind helping.
